Two bedrooms with a double bed in each, a sofa bed for two people in the living room. Balcony from the kitchen, balcony from the living room. A bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.
Separate kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, washing machine / dryer, dishwasher, kitchen equipment).
Near Petite France / Gare / ENA / museum of modern art / Christmas markets, 100m from the Tram (lines B and F).
If you come by car, a parking space is available in the basement (maximum height: 1.90 meters). Please do not park anywhere other than the place indicated. In case of complaint from neighbors, a deduction on your deposit will be made.
Before, during and after your stay, our secretariat can be contacted by telephone 24/7. This contact number will be sent to you once your reservation has been validated.
The final final cleaning at the end of the stay includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, empty the refrigerator, the freezer, the dishwasher, the oven, the microwave as well as to store inside the apartment and down the trash. If you do not want to take care of this and avoid a penalty of 60 euros on the deposit on this subject, you can at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros.

This is the second time I've stayed in the apartment long term. It's comfortable and feels like a home. 15 min walk to the train station. Close to the center without the crowds. Separate kitchen and the living room door closes for an additional bedroom. (There's an elevator but it's not ADA because of some stairs.) The property management is excellent and can communicate in English. They addressed any issues quickly.

I stayed for 3 months and the apartment had everything I needed like a home. It's quiet but a close walk into Petit France with 2 tram stops nearby. Half a block away is a full grocery, and within 3 blocks basic services like bakeries, butcher, specisee more
I stayed for 3 months and the apartment had everything I needed like a home. It's quiet but a close walk into Petit France with 2 tram stops nearby. Half a block away is a full grocery, and within 3 blocks basic services like bakeries, butcher, specialty foods, post office, and florist.
It's managed by the best professional management company I have ever dealt with. They're available 24/7 to respond in English. It has solid furniture, a great kitchen, and the living room has a door for privacy if anyone is sleeping on the couch. 3 couples could share the apartment for a vacation. Also, the kitchen can be used without disturbing anyone in the living room. The street is not picturesque but I was surprised by how many basic services are a close walking distance and the nature trails nearby. At the time of the review 2 farmers markets a week were being held at the modern art museum grounds. |

L'accès aux badges et clés n'est pas très pratique. Dans le fond de la boite aux lettres, c'est très sombre. Heureusement que j'avais la lumière de mon portable sinon je ne voyais absolument rien -)
