HOUSING
This apartment in the center of Strasbourg and close to all amenities and an apartment is for you to spend a pleasant stay. It consists :
- An entrance with plenty of storage that serves the living room and bedroom
- A living room where you will find an open kitchen, a dining area, a bright living room with a TV and a sofa bed. It is possible to separate the sitting area with a curtain for more privacy when it is used as a second bedroom.
- Separate toilet
- A bedroom with a double bed and an office, giving access to the terrace and the bathroom
- a shower room with shower and washbasin
- a sunny terrace overlooking the courtyard where it is possible to take a little fresh air but also to eat for two.
On the 6th floor of the building with elevator, you will spend a pleasant stay in Strasbourg in this apartment for up to 4 people.
ACCESS OF TRAVELERS
Upon your arrival :

- the beds will be ready with clean sheets
- towels and soap will be at your disposal
Access to the apartment is automated, allowing you to arrive at any time. Access codes and an arrival guide will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. If necessary, our 24/7 telephone service will be ready to help you.

Before, during and after your stay, our secretariat can be contacted by telephone 24/7. This contact number will be sent to you once your reservation has been validated.
This apartment is non smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and all other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device in this apartment will result in a 250€ extra cleaning fees.
Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of € 60 for cleaning costs will be billed to you.
PRESENTATION
You will be rue du faubourg national, in the center of Strasbourg at 5 min walk from the hypercentre. You can visit the Petite France, tourist area with its Alsatian architecture, its typical restaurants and the famous Covered Bridges, all this also 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Near the station, you have on the street supermarket and other small shops.
The hypercentre is accessible by tram, two stops or on foot in a few minutes, this is where you will find Strasbourg Cathedral, all the shops and tourist places such as Place Kléber or Place Gutenberg.
This apartment is very well placed for your visit of the city or even for business trips. With the tram in front of the building you can reach the European institutions in 15 min.

My adult daughter and I came to France on holiday. We unexpectedly spent the whole quarantine lockdown in the apartment. I appreciated it's run by a professional management company that's available to answer questions and deal with problems in English 24/7. They were very responsive.
The kitchen is well equipped. I was able to cook from scratch nightly. There's a chain grocery and inexpensive halal store on the block. We ate breakfast from the bakery across the street. There are many specialty food groceries around the train station neighborhood. The view from the living room is across the historic roof tops. In the back, the bedroom has a balcony. The kitchen counter doubles as workspace. There's also a desk and chair in the bedroom. The furnishings are showing some wear, but are solid. For longer term rentals, it's more ideal for a single person or a couple. There are sliding panels to separate the bedroom, not a solid door. Also, while there's a small elevator it's not suited for mobility impaired. The shower is a step up, for example. Overall, we had a great stay under difficult circumstances. I appreciated the view of birds and the sky during confinement. Also, the sleeping areas are nicely separated from each other at opposite ends of the apartment. We booked the apartment to be close to the trains. It's an ideal location for day trips to leave early in the morning and arrive back late at night without having to take an additional tram or bus home. |

There were some minor maintenance issues that couldn't be addressed due to the lockdown.
I'm only giving location 4 stars because some problems developed on the street during quarantine. My daughter and I never had personal issues. Also, it may psee more

Le seul problème notoir fut la douche, en effet l'écoulement de l'eau se fait très lentement (peut-être un problème de canalisation ou alors d'aménagement du sol). C'est assez gênant car la douche donne sur la chambre, l'eau peut alors déborder dans see more
