65m2 apartment located near the SNCF train station (less than 10 minutes on foot) next to Place des halles (large shopping center), and Strasbourg city center.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator only on the 1st floor) in a quiet residence. Composed of a bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, and two double sofa beds in the living room, you can stay there for up to 6 people. The toilet and the shower room are separate.
Wireless Internet access and television are included in the price.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
In the bathroom is a washing machine.
Before, during and after your stay, our secretariat can be reached by phone 24/7. This contact number will be communicated to you once your reservation has been confirmed.
This apartment is non smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and all other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device in this apartment will result in a 250€ extra cleaning fees.
Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of € 60 for cleaning costs will be billed to you.
