🥨 The Les Dentelles studio is a true peaceful cocoon nestled at the end of a paved period courtyard, the Dentelles apartment is located in the heart of the picturesque Petite France district, a stone's throw from the strategic points of the city centre. Canals, medieval alleys, half-timbered Alsatian houses and traditional restaurants will be within your reach.

🛍️ This historic district has numerous local shops, bars and restaurants.

🏡 Once the magnificent period porch is crossed and the courtyard traversed, you will access a fully functional 38m² studio for 2 people consisting of:
An entrance with storage furniture and large mirror
🍽️ 🛏️ a large space including 1 bedroom with a non-separable double bed of 180x200cm, a storage wardrobe and a large flat-screen TV, all overlooking an open fully equipped kitchen/dining room (oven/microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine...) including a bar and 4 comfortable stools
🚿 A bathroom with an Italian-style shower
🚽 A separate toilet

👟 The apartment being located on a pedestrian square, no direct vehicle access is possible (several public car parks are available in the surrounding area)

🏡The entire accommodation will be yours. Always with the aim of satisfying you to the best of our ability during your stay:

🛏️ the bed will be made with clean sheets,
🧼 clean towels will be available to you, as well as a bathroom mat and a kitchen towel,

🍼 Are you coming with young children? You can optionally book, starting from £30, a travel cot, a high chair, or baby bedding.

🅿️ 500m away is the public car park "indigo KLEBER". This car park is in the city centre, so convenient for 1 or a few hours, but it costs more than 50 euros for 24 hours!
🅿️ You also have the option of parking in the Halles P2 Sebastopol car parks, Halles P3 Marais vert (900m) or at the GARE WODLI car park (900m), which costs around 20 euros for 24 hours.

🌃 The Grande Île of Strasbourg, sometimes called the "Insular Ellipse", is the most central and characteristic island of the city of Strasbourg, which constitutes its historic centre. It is surrounded by the Ill River to the south and one of its branches — the Faux-Rempart trench — to the north, which separate downstream of the Vauban dam and reunite at the level of the Fishermen's Quay.
The Grande Île is inscribed in its entirety as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 1988. The international council of monuments and sites indicated that the Grande Île is "an ancient district that is an example of medieval cities"

House Rules:
🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.

🚫 Animals are strictly prohibited.

🧹Bed and toilet linen, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.

📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
