🥨 In the heart of Strasbourg city centre, the Vermala apartment is perfect for a stay with family or friends. This apartment, completely renovated in 2020, offers comfortable and well-equipped space. Its location will allow you to enjoy a pleasant stay discovering the city of Strasbourg.
It comprises:
🛋️ a lounge/dining room with a single bed and a double sofa bed
🍽️ a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster)
🛏️ a bedroom with three single beds
🛁🚽 a bathroom with bath and toilet
🛗 The flat is on the 7th floor (with a lift up to the 6th floor), located at 30 rue du 22 novembre
❄️ The accommodation is equipped with mobile air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom. Under normal conditions of use, they generally allow the indoor temperature to be lowered by approximately 5°C compared to the outdoor temperature.
🅿️ Since November 22nd Street is pedestrianised, you will only be able to access the building by car at certain times (from 6am to 11am).
🅿️ In the immediate vicinity (approximately 100 metres) there are public car parks "indigo LES TANNEURS" and "indigo KLEBER". These car parks are in the town centre, so convenient for an hour or a few hours, but it costs 44 euros for 24 hours!
🅿️ You also have the option of parking in the Halles P2 Sebastopol car park, Halles P3 Marais vert (approximately 500 metres) or at GARE WODLI car park (approximately 900 metres), the price of which is 20 euros for 24 hours.
🏡 The entire accommodation will be yours. Always with the aim of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

🧹Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take down the bins, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and to tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for €30 before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of €60 will be charged to you.
🧹 For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning during your stay, with a change of household linen is included in the price, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day for the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not wish this service, it can be cancelled but will not be refunded.
