🥨 In the heart of Strasbourg city centre, the Vermala apartment is perfect for a family stay or a trip with friends. This apartment, fully renovated in 2020, offers a comfortable and well-equipped space. Its location will allow you to enjoy a pleasant stay discovering the city of Strasbourg.

It consists of:
🛋️a living room/dining room with a single bed and a double sofa bed
🍽️a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster)
🛏️a bedroom with three single beds
🛁🚽a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet

🛗 The apartment is on the 7th floor (with lift up to the 6th floor), above the "BOULANGER" store located at 30 rue du 22 novembre

🅿️ As the Rue du 22 Novembre is a pedestrian street, you can only access the building by car at certain times (from 6am to 11am).
🅿️ Immediately nearby (about 100 metres) are the public car parks "Indigo LES TANNEURS" and "Indigo KLEBER". These car parks are in the city centre, so convenient for one or a few hours, but cost 44 euros for 24 hours!
🅿️ You also have the option of parking at Halles P2 Sebastopol car park, Halles P3 Marais vert car park (about 500 metres) or at GARE WODLI car park (about 900 metres), which costs 20 euros for 24 hours.

🏡The entire accommodation will be yours. Always with the aim of satisfying you to the best of our ability during your stay:

🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal, as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel,

🛍️ This historic district has many local shops.

🍼 The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (These facilities are designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to bring bedding for the baby bed, the mattress dimension is 60x120cm or reserve the "baby bed linen" option as an extra.
⚠️ In accordance with regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants of the accommodation, including adults, children, and babies, may not exceed 15 people.

🛏️Do you wish to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you can reserve a "double bed" option for £30 per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.

House Rules:
🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.

🐕 Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of £30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

🧹Bed and toilet linen, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the rubbish, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for €30 before your arrival. In the absence of a prior booking of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of €60 will be charged to you.

🧹 For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the fitted kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not wish for this service, it can be cancelled but will not be refunded.

🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and crockery with an additional charge, subject to prior reservation.

📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
