❄️ The accommodation is equipped with portable air-conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms. Under normal operating conditions (with doors and windows closed), they generally help lower the indoor temperature by around 5°C to 7°C compared with the outdoor temperature, providing a noticeably more comfortable environment during hot summer days.

Traveller Access
As November 22nd Street is pedestrianised, you will only be able to access the building by car at certain times (from 6am to 11am).
In the immediate vicinity (approximately 100 metres) there is the public car park "indigo KLEBER". This car park is in the city centre, it is convenient for 1 or a few hours, but it costs 44 euros for 24 hours! You also have the option of parking at Halles P2 Sebastopol, Halles P3 Marais vert car parks (approximately 500 metres) or at GARE WODLI car park (approximately 900 metres) at a cost of 20 euros for 24 hours.

The centre of Strasbourg is a dynamic and lively district with bars, museums, the Christmas market and the charm of its architecture. You must not miss the few but excellent restaurants in the region as well as the famous wine varieties.

Transport
The apartment is close to public transport (bus and tram) which will allow you to move around the city very easily. There are two tram stops near the apartment: Place de l'homme de Fer (Trams A, B, C, D, F) and Langstross/Grand Rue (Trams A and D).

🍼 The apartment has a cot as well as a high chair (These items are designed for children weighing a maximum of 15 kg and under 3 years old). Remember to bring bedding for the cot, the mattress dimension is 60x120cm or book the "cot bedding" option as an extra.

🛏️ Would you like to sleep in a double bed? Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to reserve a "double bed" option for €30 per doubled bed, so that the 2 single beds transform into a double bed, with a double stacked mattress and a double duvet.

House Rules:
🚭This accommodation is smoke-free. It is forbidden to smoke cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shisha and any other smoking device.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.

🐕 Pets are accepted upon request (animals under 15 kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. It is requested that pets be kept on a lead outside the accommodation.

🧹Bed linen and bath towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes sheet changes, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and to tidy the interior of the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can request before your arrival a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for €30. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 will be charged to you for cleaning costs.

🧹 For any stay of a minimum duration of 8 nights, a complete cleaning during the stay, with linen change, is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day for the cleaning company's visit (except Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated to us by email before your arrival, and it will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not wish this service, it can be cancelled but will not be refunded.

🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book in advance a "cleaning during stay" option, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes with a supplement, on prior reservation.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your identity document, via the Yaago platform will be requested after the booking, as well as the information for the insurance form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
