🥨 In the heart of Strasbourg's pedestrian city centre, 3 minutes from Strasbourg Cathedral, the Marceau apartment is perfect for a family stay or a trip with friends. Fully equipped and renovated in 2015, you will be charmed by its atmosphere and conviviality.

It consists of:
🛋️a living room/dining room with a double sofa bed
🍽️a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster)
🛏️two bedrooms with two single beds each
🛁a bathroom with a bathtub
🚽separate toilets

🛗 The flat is on the 3rd floor with a lift, nevertheless, one must first climb a staircase of 20 steps.

🅿️ The Grandes Arcades street being pedestrianised, you can access by car at the bottom of the building only at certain times (from 6am to 11am in the morning). But the public car park "Gutenberg" (open 24/24) is located near (50m) from the apartment.

🏡The entire accommodation will be yours. Always with the aim of satisfying you to the best of our ability during your stay:
🧹 cleaning will be done,
🛏️ beds will be made with clean sheets, and a sofa bed kit will be available,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal, as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel,
📶 free WIFI connection

🛍️ This historic district has many local shops.

🍼 The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (These facilities are designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to bring bedding for the baby bed, the mattress dimension is 60x120cm or reserve the "baby bed linen" option as an extra.

🛏️Do you wish to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you can reserve a "double bed" option for £30 per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.

House Rules:
🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.

🐕 Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of £30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

🧹Bed and toilet linen, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for €30 before your arrival. In the absence of a prior booking of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning fees will be charged to you.

🧹 For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the fitted kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not wish for this service, it can be cancelled but will not be refunded.

🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and crockery with an additional charge, subject to prior reservation.

📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
