- Sheets, towels and kitchen cloths provided; beds made on arrival.
Animals are not permitted in the accommodation, including dogs and emotional support animals.
Before, during and after your stay, our secretariat is available by phone 24/7. This contact number will be provided to you once your booking is confirmed.
This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shisha and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning charges.
Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and to tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of 60€ will be charged to you.

Nous allons faire un retour auprès de l'agent d'accueil c soir-là afin de comprendre pourquoi l'attente a été si longe pour vous.
