Each of the 2 bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom.

. laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board

- On the first floor:

Before, during and after your stay, our secretariat can be contacted by telephone 24/7. This contact number will be sent to you once your reservation has been validated.
This apartment is non smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and all other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device in this apartment will result in a 250€ extra cleaning fees.
The standard final cleaning upon departure is included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and the bathrooms.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, to take the garbage out, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as put things away inside the apartment. If you do not want to do it, for 30 Euro please order before arrival, a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment. If you do not book this option, and if you do not comply with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for the extra cleaning costs will be billed to you.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure

Nous allons faire un retour auprès de l'agent d'accueil c soir-là afin de comprendre pourquoi l'attente a été si longe pour vous.
