It comprises:
🛋️🍽️ a large living space with open-plan lounge/dining room areas leading onto a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster)
🛏️ two bedrooms each with two double beds
🛁 two bathrooms with walk-in showers connected to each bedroom
🚽 separate toilets
🛗 The flat is on the 1st floor with a lift.
🅿️ Since Rue des Grandes Arcades is pedestrianised, you will only be able to access the building by car at certain times (6am to 11am in the morning). However, the public "Gutenberg" car park (open 24/7) is located nearby (50m) from the flat.
🏡 The entire accommodation will be yours. Always with the aim of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:
🧹 the cleaning will be done,
🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets, and a sofa bed will be at your disposal,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel,
