In the heart of Strasbourg's golden square, in a privileged setting close to the cathedral, this magnificent 90m2 apartment on the 2nd floor offers a luxury service for a capacity of 6 people (13 rue de la mésange).
Housing
Apartment 90m2 crossing and bright on the 2nd floor accessible by elevator, and has a large balcony on rue de la Mésange. Entrance with cupboards, luxurious living room with sofa bed and multi-channel TV. The dining room is located near the fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The accommodation has of course a wifi internet connection.
2 master bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one with shower, sink and toilet and another with bath, sink and toilet. The laundry room has a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing equipment.
This apartment is non smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and all other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device in this apartment will result in a 250€ extra cleaning fees.
Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of € 60 for cleaning costs will be billed to you.
