Ideal for a family stay, with friends, with colleagues, for a weekend, holidays or work. With its 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 8 people.

🅿️ The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of Colmar city centre. A paid street parking zone with parking meters is available nearby.
🅿️ The public Montagne Verte car park is located 3 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 690 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).
🅿️ You have the option to book private parking spaces within a 500m radius of the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. Booking is mandatory. Rate from 12€ per night, per space.
🚲 You have the option to book a space in a secure bicycle storage room in a neighbouring building (200m away).

🍼 The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (These facilities are designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to bring bedding for the baby bed, the mattress dimension is 60x120cm or reserve the "baby bed linen" option as an extra.

🛏️Do you wish to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you can reserve a "double bed" option for £30 per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.

House Rules:
🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.

🐕 Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of £30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

🧹Bed and toilet linen, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for €60 before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning penalties of €120 will be charged to you.

🧹 For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the fitted kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not wish for this service, it can be cancelled but will not be refunded.

🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and crockery with an additional charge, subject to prior reservation.

📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
