This 2-bedroom apartment, opening in December 2025, has been designed to offer a functional and pleasant setting, suitable for both short stays and business trips.

You benefit from a living space with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, hob, microwave, mini fridge, kettle), two bedrooms each with a 160x200 cm bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

House rules:
🚭 This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shisha and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning charges.

🛏️ Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

🧹 It is, however, your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the bins, empty the refrigerator, as well as tidy up inside the flat.

🧹 For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, mid-stay cleaning with change of household linen is included in the price, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day for the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email the day before arrival. Non-refundable service.

🐶 Pets are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. It is requested that pets be kept on a lead outside the accommodation.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your identity document, via the Yaago platform will be requested after the booking, as well as the information for the insurance form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
