🥨 Located 900m from Strasbourg city center and 600m from the SNCF train station, this magnificent 71m² apartment, comfortable and modern, is ideal for a stay with family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, holidays or work. The two-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
It consists :
🛋️ a living/dining room with television,
🍽️ a separate kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle,),
🛏️ two bedrooms with a double bed each,
🛁 a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine,
🚽 a separate toilet.
🛗 The apartment is located on the 5th floor (with elevator).
🏡 All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:
🧹 cleaning will be done,
🛏️ beds will be made with clean sheets,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,

If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force.
