Charming Alsatian house, warm and comfortable, located in the center of the town of the oldest Alsatian village. Pleasant and quiet with a parking space (Free parking)
Independent access.
Shops in the village: very famous Alsatian butcher's shop in the munster valley, restaurants.
Close to the wine route, ski resorts, lakes, amusement parks, Christmas markets, hikes, wine fair.
Apartment on 2 floors in a typical Alsatian half-timbered house. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Independent access to the complete accommodation: kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, living room, dining room and 3 bedrooms
House rules:
🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.
Animals are prohibited.
🧹 Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
☎️ Before, during and after your stay, our secretariat can be reached by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This contact number will be communicated to you once your reservation has been confirmed.
