🥨 In the heart of the old town of Colmar, classified as a historic monument, enjoy all the attractions of Colmarian life in this 37m² loft ideally located in the heart of "Little Venice" and a stone's throw from the "Quai de la Poissonnerie".
🪜This duplex is located on the 3rd floor of a small condominium with access by stairs only.
🍼 This accommodation is not suitable, with these many steps and stairs for young children.
🛍️ You will be close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as the various tourist and cultural centers of Colmar.
The Duplex Coup de Coeur is composed with:

- a living/dining area with a round table, a sofa and a television
- a fully equipped kitchen area (washing machine, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker)
- a sleeping area with a double bed.

🚿 🚽 A bathroom with shower, a sink and a toilet.

🅿️ You can optionally reserve a private parking space nearby (from €12 per night per space within a radius of 800m around the accommodation, subject to availability).
🅿️On-street parking spaces with parking meters are limited and can be inaccessible (pedestrian zone during the Christmas Markets for example)
🅿️ The Montagne Verte underground public car park and the Place Rapp underground public car park are located 400m from the accommodation with a rate of around €40 per 24 hours.

🏡The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

🌃 Colmar: A city to consume without moderation!
For Georges Duhamel (who wrote it in 1931), Colmar was the “most beautiful city in the world”… It has also often been said that it was the most Alsatian of Alsace’s cities!
Without going into overkill with superlatives, Colmar undoubtedly remains a completely exceptional city due to the richness and variety of its historical and architectural heritage.
It is located near Germany and Switzerland, between the Vosges and the Rhine, Strasbourg and Mulhouse. The city offers visitors a striking overview of more than a thousand years of European history. Furthermore, Colmar retains, with its 67,000 inhabitants, an endearing side of a “country town” which gives it all its charm.
Despite the vagaries of a turbulent history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic center which, classified as a “protected area”, has benefited from restoration and permanent enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless riches of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.
Whether it is the Maison des Têtes (erected at the beginning of the 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads which adorn its facade, or the Maison Pfister, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in his genre.
The religious art of Colmar is also very rich: the Dominican Church which houses the famous “Virgin of the Rose Bush” by the Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Saint Martin Collegiate Church are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, very simple.
Strolling through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the many beautiful signs, the roofs in shimmering colors... Strolling along the Quai de la Poissonnerie, once the nerve center of fishing and fish sales, one can falls under the spell of this picturesque district, now called “Little Venice”.

House Rules:
🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

⛔ Animals are strictly prohibited.
🧹Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.

📝 You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
