This house offers year-round rental of 4 warm apartments, each equipped with a kitchenette (refrigerator, hob, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and a bathroom with bath or shower. The entire house will be yours alone!

You will stay in the historic district, at the gates of the famous Colmar Christmas Market. Here, everything is designed to make your holidays or weekends unique and pleasant. The house can accommodate up to 12 people and promises you a genuine Alsatian experience during your stay. The décor is carefully curated and regional, the bedding is comfortable and you'll feel at home quickly.

You will experience your stay intensely thanks to the refined atmosphere of the apartments: alcoves, half-timbering, wood panelling, solid parquet flooring blend with Alsatian-style decoration.

This guesthouse is ideal for gathering family and friends or for business trips. Everything is provided to satisfy you.

🛋️ We provide you free of charge with a Lounge area in the basement of the building, shared by the 4 apartments in the house. It includes a living area with sofas, armchairs, a table with chairs, a bar with kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, a flat-screen TV, books and board games.

🪜 It is located on the ground floor of the house.
This comfortable studio is equipped with a kitchenette and dining area, a double bed 160*200, a separate bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a flat-screen television.

🏡 Le Logis du Maréchal is a large 22 m2 studio for 2 adults and 1 child.
🪜 It is located on the 1st floor of the house. This bright holiday rental is equipped with:
a main room with an equipped kitchenette,
an alcove with a double bed 160*200, a single sofa bed, a separate bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a flat-screen television, free wifi internet access.

🏡 Turenne Apartment is a large 22 m2 studio for 2 adults and 1 child.
🪜 It is located on the 2nd floor of the house. This cosy studio is equipped with:
a living room with kitchen and dining area, an alcove with a double bed 160*200, a single sofa bed, a separate bathroom with shower and toilet, a flat-screen television.

🏡 Le Repère des Cigognes is a duplex apartment of 40 m2 for 2 to 4 people.
🪜 It is located on the 3rd floor of the house. This charming duplex is equipped with:
a lounge area with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen with dining area, a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, a flat-screen television, on the upper floor, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed 160*.
🧼A laundry room with shared washing machine is located in the basement.

🅿️ You will find a small public car park just opposite the apartment where it is possible to unload your luggage and park (payable by parking meter, not available during Christmas markets) during your stay.
🅿️ The Montagne Verte underground public car park and the Place Rapp underground public car park are located 700m from the accommodation with a rate of approximately €40 per 24 hours.

🏡The entire accommodation will be yours. Always with the aim of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:
🧹 cleaning will be done,
🛏️ beds will be made with clean sheets, a sofa bed will be at your disposal for use,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a tea towel per kitchen,

House rules:
🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shisha and any other smoking device is forbidden.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning charges.

⛔ Animals are strictly prohibited.

🧹 Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

🧹 It is however your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, take down the bins, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as to tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for €60 before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning charges of €120 will be charged to you.

📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document via the Yaago platform will be requested after your booking, along with information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during your stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
