🥨 30 km from Strasbourg, Obernai is the second most visited town in Bas-Rhin🍇.
In the heart of the wine route 🍷, during the summer season, the town of Obernai organises numerous tourist activities, and in winter you must not miss the Christmas markets🎄.

🏡 This 150 m² duplex chalet is located in the heart of nature and the Alsatian forest, you will be less than 10 minutes from the city centre, shops 🛍️
On the main level:
🛋️ 🍽️ A large living area with an open-plan kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, classic Nespresso coffee machine, toaster) with a large table to share your meals.
As well as a bright living room with television (a double sofa bed and two single beds are located there) and open to the terrace
🌞 You will have the possibility to have your meals inside, but also in the garden during nice days.
🛏️ a bedroom with a double bed, storage and open to the terrace.
🚿 a bathroom, with a shower, a bathtub and a washing machine and a tumble dryer
🚽 a separate toilet.

Upstairs:
🛏️ two attic bedrooms with a double bed each and storage.
🛏️🚿 a bedroom with a double bed, storage, and a shower/sink area with a mirror.
🚽 a separate toilet.

👙 An above-ground swimming pool is accessible and heated from 1st March to 30th September. The swimming pool with a depth of 1.50m measures 8m by 4m.

🅿️ You will be able to enjoy a parking space on the property.

🏡 The entire Chalet will be yours. Always with the aim of satisfying you to the best of our ability during your stay:
🧹 cleaning will be done,
🛏️ beds will be made with clean sheets,
🧼 clean towels will be available to you, along with a bath mat and a kitchen towel,
📶 free WIFI connection

🍼 A travel cot for babies is available upon prior request (approved for a child under 3 years old and 15kg)

House rules:
🚭 This chalet and its surroundings (forest in immediate proximity) are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shisha, and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional cleaning fee of €250.

🚫 Animals are not permitted.

🧹 Bed and toilet linen, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 60 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 for cleaning fees will be charged.

📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
