🏘️ The flat is located on the floor of an old barn:

The kitchen is equipped with a hob, an oven, refrigerator, freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle. Everything is available so that you feel at home.
The living room has a sofa, there is also a flat-screen television with a wide variety of channels and a wood-burning fireplace to heat the accommodation.

🛀 A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washing machine.

🛏️ On the mezzanine there is a second bedroom with two single beds accessible by a ladder.

The accommodation has a small terrace with a table and benches.

The entire accommodation will be yours, and always with the aim of satisfying you:

🌃 Merkwiller-Pechelbronn: Nestled in the verdant landscape of Bas-Rhin, Hoelschloch is a hamlet in a small Alsatian village with a discreet but authentic charm. Here, time seems to flow more slowly, between typical half-timbered houses, peaceful lanes and undulating hills that invite walking.
Nature lovers will be delighted: hiking trails and cycle paths wind through fields and forests, offering breathtaking panoramas and total immersion in the Alsatian countryside. Each season brings its own array of colours and unique atmospheres, from the flowering spring to the magical winter under the snow.

House rules:

🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional £250 cleaning fee.

🐕‍🦺 Animals are permitted.

🧹Bed and toilet linen, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.

📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
