The ZUBER apartment welcomes you in the heart of the historic center of Colmar and a stone's throw from Little Venice, it is classified 4 stars by the Ministry of Tourism.
The 110m² of the ZUBER apartment consists of:
- a kitchen open onto a large living room for a convivial moment with friends or family
- a master bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining shower
- 2 double bedrooms (the first equipped with a double bed and the second equipped with two single beds)
- a bathroom with bathtub
- a separate toilet.
The ZUBER apartment is located on the second floor with elevator of a building where you can book several apartments.
Possibility to reserve a private parking space (subject to availability)
The animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal.
This apartment is non smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and all other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device in this apartment will result in a 250€ extra cleaning fees.
Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of € 60 for cleaning costs will be billed to you.

Lo único que echamos en falta no se puede mejorar, porque un sólo WC para ocho personas viene muy justo, lo ideal serían dos. También le vendría bien tener aire acondicionado, aunque allí no es lo habitual, coincidió que hizo bastante calor los días see more
