🥨 In the heart of Colmar city centre, stay in a 75m² cocoon with a hot tub 👙 just for you, for a weekend, one or two nights, come and relax for a moment at the Tussaud apartment.
🏡 This apartment has a bedroom with a double bed 🛏️ complemented by a workspace 💻, a large living room with a corner sofa 🛋️, and a fully equipped open kitchen 🍽️ (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, classic Nespresso coffee machine). 🛁 The bathroom consists of a shower 🚿, a double sink and a hot tub 👙. The toilets 🚽 are separate from the bathroom.

🫧 So that you can fully enjoy your stay, you will have bathrobes, slippers and Rituals toiletries upon arrival.
🥂 A bottle of crémant will be waiting chilled for you, and unbreakable flutes will be at your disposal if you wish to enjoy these bubbles in your hot tub.

🛗The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a lift.

🏡 The entire apartment will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you to the best of our ability during your stay:
🧹 cleaning will be done,
🛏️ the bed will be made with clean sheets,
🧼 clean towels will be available to you as well as bath mats and a kitchen towel

🅿️You can optionally book a private parking space in the basement of the building or nearby

House rules:

🐕 Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of £30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.

🇬🇧 Parties are not permitted. During your stay, you are requested to respect the neighbourhood.

🧹 Bed and toilet linen, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the rubbish, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for €50 before your arrival. In the absence of a prior booking of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning penalties of €100 will be charged to you.

🧹 For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the fitted kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not wish for this service, it can be cancelled but will not be refunded.

🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and crockery with an additional charge, subject to prior reservation.

📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
