The holiday home is located on the second floor of a building without a lift and consists of:

The cottage will be entirely yours. To satisfy you best during your stay:

⚠️ House rules:

🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.

🧺 Household linen and the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

⚠️ However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, and tidy up. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for €30. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning penalties of €60 will be charged to you.

📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

🕣 In the event of a late arrival (after 8 pm), as well as during your stay, we ask you to respect each of your neighbours. Some live permanently in the building, so you will be asked to be discreet when moving in and out of the stairwell, in the evening, at night and in the early morning. Not everyone has the same rhythm, you must think of early sleepers but also late risers and those who need to go to work.
