This unique accommodation corresponds to the privatisation of several apartments on the same floor, guaranteeing you space and tranquillity. Open in December 2025, this ensemble has been designed to offer a functional and pleasant setting, suitable for both tourist stays and professional group travel.

You benefit from:
- 5 rooms in total, so 4 equipped with a 160x200cm bed and 1 with a 140x200cm bed
- 4 bathrooms with shower
- 4 fully equipped kitchens each including: Nespresso coffee machine, hob, microwave, mini fridge, kettle

The ensemble can accommodate up to 10 people in a comfortable and optimised setting. Bed linen and towels are provided, and cleaning is included to guarantee you a peaceful stay. Each room is equipped with a WiFi connection and a TV.
📍 Located at 2 Boulevard du Champ de Mars, the accommodation benefits from a privileged location:
- In the heart of Colmar's historic centre
- 8 minutes walk from Little Venice
- 13 minutes walk from the train station
You are in the immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants and main tourist attractions.
A public car park (RAPP Car Park) is accessible less than 2 minutes on foot.
Arrival is done autonomously thanks to connected locks.

🏠 House Rules
🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs or any other device is strictly prohibited.
Any violation will result in a penalty of €250 for cleaning costs.
🛏️ Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rate. This includes a complete cleaning of the accommodation and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to: clean and put away dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the refrigerator, tidy the accommodation
🧹 For any stay of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning with linen change is included (excluding kitchen and dishes). The intervention day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified by email before your arrival. Non-refundable service.
🐶 Pets are accepted upon request (less than 15 kg, non-dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay and per animal. Animals must be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
📝 After booking, a digital contract and your identity document will be requested via the Yaago platform, as well as the information required for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. In case of identity mismatch, access may be refused.
