🥨 In the heart of the old town of Colmar, listed as a historic monument, within the famous Arcades which gave it its name, the Neubau apartment is a superb 60m² apartment renovated in autumn 2021, with plenty of charm, blending old and modern. It is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet building (no lift).

This accommodation is for a maximum of 4 adults. It is possible to welcome 2 children to reach the total capacity of 6 people (bunk beds not suitable for adults).

🛍️ You will be close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as various tourist and cultural points of interest in Colmar.

🛏️ This apartment is equipped with two spacious bedrooms, the first with a double bed and a second with two bunk beds offering 4 single beds in total.
🛋️ The bright living area consists of a kitchen area, dining corner and a lounge area.
🍽️ The kitchen is equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pans, saucepans, crockery and kitchen utensils).
🚿 A bathroom with bath and toilet completes the accommodation.

🅿️ The Montagne Verte public car park is 100m from the accommodation at approximately €40 per 24 hours.
🅿️ The Saint Josse public car park is 600m from the accommodation at €3 per 24 hours.

🌃 Colmar: A city to savour without restraint!
For Georges Duhamel (who wrote this in 1931), Colmar was the "most beautiful city in the world"… It has also often been claimed that it was the most Alsatian of all Alsatian cities!
Without getting caught up in a bidding war of superlatives, Colmar remains without doubt an absolutely exceptional city for the richness and variety of its historical and architectural heritage.
It is situated close to Germany and Switzerland, between the Vosges and the Rhine, Strasbourg and Mulhouse. The city offers visitors a striking snapshot of more than a thousand years of European history. Moreover, Colmar retains, with its 67,000 inhabitants, an endearing quality of a "city in the countryside" which is the source of all its charm.
Despite the ups and downs of a turbulent history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic centre which, classified as a "protected sector", has benefited from permanent restoration and enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless treasures of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.
Whether it is the House of Heads (erected in the early 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its façade, or the Pfister House, a fine bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique of its kind.
Colmar's religious art is moreover very rich: the Church of the Dominicans which houses the famous "Virgin in the Rose Bush" by Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Collegiate Church of Saint Martin are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, of great austerity.
Wandering through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the numerous and beautiful shop signs, the roofs with shimmering colours... Strolling along the Fishmongers' Quay, formerly the nerve centre of fishing and fish sales, one falls under the spell of this picturesque district, now called "Little Venice".

🧹Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

🧹However, you are responsible for cleaning and putting away dishes, taking out the rubbish, emptying the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidying up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a "full cleaning" supplement of the apartment for €30 before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and if these instructions are not followed, cleaning charges of €60 will be charged to you.

📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document via the Yaago platform will be requested after your booking, as well as information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the property.
