This unique accommodation corresponds to the privatisation of the two top floors and their apartments, guaranteeing space and tranquillity. Opening in December 2025, this complex has been designed to offer a functional and pleasant setting, suited to both tourist stays and group business trips.

You benefit from:

- 5 bathrooms with shower and toilet
- 1 master suite with a double bed of 180x200cm featuring a bathtub
- 1 lounge with a double bed of 160x200cm
- 5 equipped kitchens each comprising: Nespresso coffee machine, hob, mini fridge, kettle
🍴 Each accommodation has its own dining area, however there is no shared space arranged for meals.

The complex can accommodate up to 12 people in a comfortable and optimised setting. Bed linen and towels are provided, and cleaning is included to guarantee you a worry-free stay. Each bedroom is equipped with wifi connection and a TV.
📍 Located at 2 boulevard du Champ de Mars, the accommodation benefits from a privileged location:
- In the heart of historic Colmar
- 8 minutes' walk from Petite Venise
- 13 minutes' walk from the station
You are in the immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants and main tourist attractions.
A paid public car park (Parking RAPP) is accessible within less than 2 minutes' walk.

⚠️ Important information

The residence is currently being finalised. Some common areas may still be under construction, with no impact on the accommodation itself. Access to upper floors is by staircase only, with the lift to be operational in December. The prices displayed take into account the ongoing works and the absence of a lift.

📌 House Rules
🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shisha or any other device is strictly prohibited.
Any breach will result in a penalty of €250 for cleaning costs.
🛏️ Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rate. This includes a full clean of the accommodation and bathrooms.
🧹 You are responsible for: washing up and putting away dishes, taking out the bins, emptying the fridge, tidying the accommodation.
🧹 For any stay of 8 nights or more, mid-stay cleaning with linen change is included (excluding kitchen and dishes). The day of intervention (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified by email before your arrival. This service is non-refundable.
🐶 Pets are accepted on request (under 15 kg, not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. Pets must be kept on a lead outside the accommodation.
📝 After booking, a digital contract and your identity document will be requested via the Yaago platform, along with the information required for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If identities do not match, access may be refused.
