🧼 The apartment also has a washing machine.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor without a lift.

🌃 THE MARKET GARDENERS' QUARTER: A peaceful haven nestled at the gates of Colmar, the Market Gardeners' Quarter invites you to stroll far from urban tumult. This neighbourhood is highly prized by Colmar residents, both for walking and living. As its name suggests, this quarter was once dedicated to vegetable cultivation, with some areas still remaining where you can procure fresh vegetables and fruits. Today, despite the multiplication of modern constructions, this sector benefits from preserved nature that encourages leisurely wandering, whether on foot, by bicycle or rollerblades! A pedestrian and cycle path runs alongside the Lauch, bordered by trees on which birds cheerfully whistle, an ideal spot for a green break along the river. You will discover an imposing weeping willow whose branches softly dip into the watercourse. On the other bank, tall reeds stand where water hens nestle. All along the path, calm will be the order of the day, barely disturbed by the rustling of low-flying ducks and the croaking of frogs. From spring onwards, you will have the chance to glimpse swans and their young. A lovely walk to enjoy with family on a Sunday, to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.
🚭Tolerance is allowed on the terrace, we thank you for using the ashtrays provided
🚫 Animals are strictly prohibited.
🧹Bed and toilet linen, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you
📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
