🏠 The Fecht apartment is a spacious 53m² accommodation ideally located between Colmar's historic centre and the train station. Practical and cosy, this apartment is perfect for a good stay in Colmar alone, as a couple or with a baby, for a weekend, holiday or work trip.
The apartment consists of:
🍽️ a large bright living room with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and washing machine.
🛏️ a bedroom with a double bed and a desk, in a quiet area
🚿 🚽 a bathroom with shower and toilet.
🅿️ The accommodation has a private and underground parking space, ⚠️the parking space is small and suitable for a city vehicle⚠️ Parking dimensions:

if you have a larger vehicle, the public car park "Bleyle" is located 210m away and costs 3€ for 24h.

🌃Colmar, a city of art, history, and heritage: Despite the vagaries of a tumultuous history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic centre, which, classified as a "safeguarded sector", has benefited from ongoing restoration and enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless riches of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.
Whether it is the House of Heads (erected in the early 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads adorning its facade, or the Pfister House, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in its kind.
Colmar's religious art is also very rich: the Dominican Church, which houses the famous "Virgin of the Rose Bush" by the Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Saint Martin Collegiate Church, are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, of great simplicity.
Wandering through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the numerous and beautiful signs, the roofs with shimmering colours... Strolling along the Fishmongers' Quay, formerly the nerve centre of fishing and fish sales, one falls under the charm of this picturesque district, now called "Little Venice".

🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional £250 cleaning fee.
🐕 Animals are not permitted.
🧹 Bed and toilet linen, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.
📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
