House rules:

🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shisha and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning charges.

🧹Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take down the bins, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and to tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for €60 before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of €120 will be charged to you.

🧹 For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning during your stay, with a change of household linen is included in the price, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day for the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not wish this service, it can be cancelled but will not be refunded.

🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book in advance a "cleaning during stay" option, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes with a supplement, on prior reservation.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your identity document, via the Yaago platform will be requested after the booking, as well as the information for the insurance form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
