🥨 At the exit of Colmar, La Cédraie is a superb 85m² apartment on the ground floor, with garden access.

🐕 It is located on the first floor of a detached house (without a lift) with access to the garden, where it is not uncommon to come across the family Labrador on a walk - animal lovers will be delighted!

🛍️ You will be in a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood.
🛏️ This apartment is equipped with three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage.
🍽️ The open kitchen overlooks a bright living room, perfect for sharing convivial meals or relaxing after a day of visiting or working.
Refrigerator, oven, microwave, hob, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, frying pans, saucepans, crockery and kitchen utensils will allow you to eat in the apartment.

🅿️ Free parking in the garden.
🔌Optional to book: €30 per night to charge your electric vehicle.

🏡The entire accommodation will be yours. Always with the aim of satisfying you to the best of our ability during your stay:

🛏️ beds will be made with clean sheets,
🧼 clean towels will be available along with a bath mat and a kitchen towel,

House Rules:
🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.

🐕 Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

🧹Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.

📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
