Stay in a brand new apartment ideally located in the heart of Colmar, within the Champ de Mars Residence. Perfect for a business trip, as a couple or for tourism, you will enjoy a central location and a fully equipped accommodation for your comfort.
This apartment with beautiful volumes, opened in December 2025, was designed to offer a functional and pleasant setting, suitable for both short stays and business trips.
You benefit from a large living space with a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, hob, microwave, mini fridge, kettle), a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed with a bathtub, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The living area also allows sleeping for 2 people thanks to a 160x200 cm bed.

A 13-minute walk from the train station
You are in the immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants and main tourist attractions.
A public car park (RAPP Parking) is accessible within less than 2 minutes on foot.

House Rule:
🚭 This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional cleaning fee of €250.
🛏️ Bed linen and towels, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the refrigerator, as well as tidy up inside the apartment.
🧹 For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a mid-stay cleaning, with changing of household linen, is included in the rate, with the exception of the fitted kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email the day before arrival. Non-refundable service.
🐶 Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of £30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
