You have a living space with a simple sofa bed, an equipped kitchen (Senseo machine, hob, microwave, refrigerator) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, the bedroom has a double bed 140x190. The accommodation can accommodate up to 3 people.
📍 Located at 48 grand rue, the accommodation benefits from a privileged location: In the heart of Colmar's historic centre. A paid public car park (Parking Saint Josse) is accessible within less than 5 minutes' walk.
House Rules:
🚭 This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shisha and any other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning charges.
🛏️ Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 You are however responsible for cleaning and putting away dishes, taking out the bins, emptying the refrigerator, and tidying up inside the apartment.
🐶 Pets are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. Pets must be kept on a lead outside the accommodation.
📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document via the Yaago platform will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
