The HERZOG duplex has a surface of 160m². Located in the city center of Colmar, it has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The accommodation can accommodate up to 12 people.
On the first level, the Herzog apartment consists of:
- a large living room for a moment of conviviality with family or friends
- a separate fully equipped kitchen for 12 people
- 3 double bedrooms (the first with a double bed and the other 2 with 2 single beds each)
- a bathroom with shower and toilet
- a bathroom with bathtub
- a separate toilet
On the second level, the accommodation has:
- a bedroom with 2 single beds
- a bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed
- a bathroom with shower and toilet
The HERZOG duplex is on the 3rd floor of the building located "2 grand'rue" (between BNP and FNAC). The accommodation is also accessible through the entrance located at 1 rue des clefs. (You can book several apartments in these 2 attached buildings)
You can optionally reserve a private parking space nearby (subject to availability)
The animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal.
This apartment is non smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and all other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device in this apartment will result in a 250€ extra cleaning fees.
Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of € 60 for cleaning costs will be billed to you.
