🍽️ A fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),
🧼 A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer,
🚽 A separate toilet,
🛏️ 🚿 A bedroom with two single beds, with a shower
🛏️ A bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed,
🛁 A bathroom with double sink and bathtub,

🅿️ You have the option to book private parking spaces within a 500m radius of the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. Booking is mandatory. Rates from €12 per night, per space.
🚲 You can also book a space in a secure bicycle storage room in a neighbouring building (100m away).
🏡The entire accommodation will be yours. Always with the aim of satisfying you to the best of our ability during your stay:

If you do not wish to do this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for €60 before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning penalties of €120 will be charged to you.
