House Rules:
🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, shisha pipes and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.

🐕 Animals are accepted upon request with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal.

🧹Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

🧹It is, however, your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the bins, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy the inside of the apartment. If you do not wish to do so, you can order an additional service called "complete apartment cleaning" for €30 before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of €60 will be charged to you.

📝 You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after your booking, as well as the information necessary for the police record, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
