It consists at the first level:
🛋️ a living room/dining room space,
🍽️ a fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),
🛏️ a room with two single beds and a double bed,
🛁 a bathroom with a bathtub,
🚿 a shower room with a walk-in shower,
🚽 a separate toilet with a washer-dryer,
🪜 Upstairs, you will have:
🛏️ a bedroom with three single beds,
🛏️ a bedroom with three single beds
🚿🚽 a shower room with toilet,
🚽 a separate toilet.
🛗 The flat is on the 4th floor with a lift. 🪜There are 3 steps when entering the accommodation after the lift.
🅿️ The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of Colmar city centre. A pay-and-display parking zone is available nearby.
🅿️ The public Montagne Verte car park is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, electric car charging possibility).
🅿️ You have the option to book private parking spaces in the building's basement (maximum height of 1m80) or within a 500m radius around the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. Booking is mandatory. Rates start from 12€ per night, per space.
🚲 You have the option to book a space in a secure bicycle storage room in the building's basement.
🏡The entire accommodation will be yours. Always with the aim of satisfying you to the best of our ability during your stay:
🧹 cleaning will be done,
🛏️ beds will be made with clean sheets,
🧼 clean towels will be available along with a bath mat and a kitchen towel,

⚠️ In accordance with regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants of the accommodation, including adults, children, and babies, may not exceed 15 people.
🛏️Do you wish to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you can reserve a "double bed" option for £30 per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.
House Rules:
🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.
🐕 Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of £30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
🧹 Bed and toilet linen, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the rubbish, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for €60 before your arrival. In the absence of a prior booking of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning penalties of €120 will be charged to you.
🧹 For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the fitted kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not wish for this service, it can be cancelled but will not be refunded.
🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and crockery with an additional charge, subject to prior reservation.
📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

On sent que l'appartement a déjà bien vécu et de nombreux matériaux sont abîmés ou vieillissants tel que les canapés un peu élimés, le parquet abimé dans le couloir, les portes de placard de la cuisine mal fixées , 1 porte de SDB endommagée, le mirosee more
On sent que l'appartement a déjà bien vécu et de nombreux matériaux sont abîmés ou vieillissants tel que les canapés un peu élimés, le parquet abimé dans le couloir, les portes de placard de la cuisine mal fixées , 1 porte de SDB endommagée, le miroir du grand placard brisé et l'escalier qui bouge beaucoup et très bruyant quand on l'utilise. Tout cela n'empêche pas de passer un excellent séjour mais il faut peut-être penser à renouveler certains matériaux.

Podría tener algún enchufe más, en 1 cuarto de baño no había ninguno. Pagué por equivocación para dos coches y sólo llevábamos 1, el link que me enviaron para solucionarlo no conseguí que funcionara y al final he pagado doble por el parquing.
