🅿️ The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A pay-and-display parking zone is available nearby. 🅿️ The public Montagne Verte parking lot is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height of 2.50m, electric car charging available). 🅿️ You have the option to reserve private underground parking spaces in the building (maximum height of 1.80m) or within a 500m radius around the accommodation. These spaces are limited and subject to availability. A reservation is required. Rates start at €12 per night, per space. 🚲 You can also reserve a spot in a secure bike storage room in the building's basement.

🏡 The entire accommodation will be yours. Always aiming to satisfy you during your stay: 🧹 cleaning will be done upon your arrival, 🛏️ beds will be made, 🧼 clean towels will be provided, as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel for each kitchen, 📶 free WiFi connection

🍼 The apartment is equipped with a baby crib and high chair (these items are designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to bring bedding for the crib, the mattress size is 60x120cm, or you can book the "baby bedding" option for an additional fee. ⚠️ In accordance with regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants of the accommodation, including adults, children, and babies, cannot exceed 15 people.

🛏️ Would you like to sleep in a double bed? Once the reservation is made, you can book the "double bed" option for €30 per double bed, so the two single beds are converted into a double bed with a double mattress topper and duvet.

House rules: 🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, or any other smoking devices is prohibited. 🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 for additional cleaning fees.

🐕 Pets are allowed upon request (pets under 15kg and non-dangerous) for an additional fee of €30 per stay per pet. Pets must be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

🧹 Bed and bath linens, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes the change of bed linens, a general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. 🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and organize the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you prefer not to handle this, you can book an additional "complete cleaning" option for €60 before your arrival. If you have not reserved this option in advance and do not follow these instructions, a penalty of €120 for cleaning fees will be charged.

🧹 For stays of 8 nights or more, a full weekly cleaning with a change of all linens is included in the price, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day for weekly cleaning (except Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated in your Yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed, subject to availability. The weekly cleaning is free. If you do not wish to have this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded. 🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, you can book the "mid-stay cleaning" option in advance (except for the equipped kitchen and dishes), for an additional fee, with prior reservation.

📝 After booking, a digital contract will be required to be signed along with your ID via the Yaago platform, and the information needed for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
