Close to Strasbourg, 2km from the city center, a studio in a quiet building, less than 15 minutes by bus or tram from Strasbourg city center.
- close to the European institutions, the convention center and the exhibition center.
-bus stop 300 m (BUS: Line 3 stop "Baar" every 10 mins, 500m Line 6 stop "sainte helène" every 12 mins and tram stop "rives de l'Aar" 10 mins walk, direct to get to Strasbourg city center
Housing:
- LIVING AREA: sofa convertible into bed, television, wooden table for meals,
- KITCHEN CORNER: refrigerator, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle,
Crockery, cutlery, tea towels and dishwashing detergent,
- BATHROOM: sink, bathtub, toilet, towel dryer,
- 'NO SMOKING'
- OUR ANIMAL FRIENDS CANNOT BE ACCEPT.
Other remarks
Do not smoke in the accommodation
Maintain the studio and make it clean and in good condition
Do not receive or accommodate any people outside the rental without my agreement
Respect the neighborhood by limiting noise pollution (condominium regulations, 10 p.m./8 a.m. minimum noise)
Only throw toilet paper down the toilet
Turn off the lights and don’t let the water run unnecessarily
Use the bedding provided
Lock when leaving the premises
Compliance with sorting rules for trash cans
Report any possible damage to me immediately
Do not touch or search through my personal belongings that may be in the accommodation during your stay.
📝 You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
