Studio Toucan is located in a building built in 1768, located at 12 Rue de la Mésange, at the corner with Place des Etudiants, in the heart of Strasbourg's Grande Île. It welcomes you in a warm and comfortable setting, completely renovated in the summer of 2022.
The apartment consists of:
- a living room, comprising a lounge area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a sleeping area with two single beds,
- a bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet,
The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator. You have the possibility to book several apartments in this building.
The "Broglie" Tram stop (Lines B, C, F) is located 50 meters from the building.
The tram stop "Homme de Fer" (Lines A, B, C, D, F) is located 100 meters from the building.
The street is pedestrian, and nearby (Place Saint-Pierre le Jeune) parking is payable from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (This parking area is closed during the Christmas markets)
You can park (subject to availability) in the Halles P2 Sebastopol car park - Parcus is 500m from your apartment
The following car parks have high rates if you park there for more than 2 hours during the day. These are car parks to be used just for unloading or loading. It is important to specify that these car parks are closed during the Christmas markets:
- OPERA BROGLIE - PARCUS car park which is 210m from your apartment,
- KLEBER - INDIGO car park which is 290m from your apartment,
We can provide you with a cot, fire safety regulations limit the maximum capacity of the apartment to a total of 2 people (adults, children, babies included).
This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional €250 cleaning charge penalty.
Animals are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the garbage cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
