- 🚿 a bathroom with walk-in shower,
- 🚽 a separate toilet.
🅿️ To park on arrival and for a few hours, outside the Christmas markets, the Gutenberg public car park is 50m away.
🅿️Parcus Parking Austerlitz, Rue des Bœufs is 450m away, this car park is cheaper than the other car parks in the city center, it is recommended to stay there for 1 or more days.
🅿️ Since Rue du Fossé des Taileurs is pedestrian, you can access the bottom of the building by car only at certain times (from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the morning).

🧹 Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
