Nestled in the former Hôtel des Postes, our 34m² studio is ready to welcome you.
In the Neustadt district, come and stay in the ancient Hôtel des Postes. Built in 1899, this emblematic monument of Strasbourg was completely renovated at the beginning of 2023 to offer you all the necessary comfort in an exceptional setting.
This accommodation has generous and bright spaces with very high ceilings. The studio offers you a bedroom/living area with a double bed, with a dining area and television. It is equipped with a kitchen (hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker) as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
You will be 250m by foot from the Gallia tram station (lines C, D and F) as well as from the République tram station (lines B, C, F and E).
Everything is very easily accessible from these stations (Station, European Parliament, Palace of Music and Congresses, etc.).
You will be staying 3 minutes by foot from the university library and the National Theater of Strasbourg (TNS) as well as 6 minutes from the university or the Opéra national du Rhin.
The apartment is located in a pay-per-meter parking area. You will be able to request a "resident" parking badge to benefit from a preferential rate.
The whole apartment will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:
- cleaning will be done,
- the beds will be made with clean sheets,
- clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen,
- free WIFI connection
Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival, as well as standard cleaning at the end of the stay. You can also benefit from a complete cleaning service of the apartment on request during the stay or change of linen. These services are at an additional cost and upon prior reservation.

This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional €250 cleaning charge penalty.
Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the garbage cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
Pets are strictly prohibited.
This accommodation is reserved for people eligible for the mobility lease (When the lease begins, the tenant must be in one of the following situations: Vocational training, Higher education, Apprenticeship contract, Internship, Voluntary commitment as part of a civic service, professional transfer, or temporary assignment in the context of professional activity).
