On the first floor of the residence, the accommodation consists of:

🏡The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets, bed linen for the sofa bed will be at your disposal,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat for the bathroom and a tea towel per kitchen,

House rules:
🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.

🐕 Pets are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

🧹Bed linen and towels as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and the bathrooms.

🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 60 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ cleaning fees will be charged to you

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your identity document, via the Yaago platform will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
