Colmar - Apartment

🏡 My apartment "Là-Haut" is located in the heart of the historic center of Colmar 🥨, in the old town, close to everything (Little Venice, museums, covered market, shopping streets, carousel of Parc du Champ de Mars... ) on the second floor of a very quiet residence (no elevator).
🏡 This is a duplex that I completely renovated. On the first floor, a large living room opens onto the fully equipped kitchen 🍽️ (Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine...) and there is a first toilet 🚽.
On the second floor are the living room 🛋️ (convertible sofa, TV with a chromecast), an office 💻, two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed 🛏️ and a baby bed 🍼 as well as a bathroom with bathtub 🛁 and WC 🚽.

👥 This accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and two children.

🏡 All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:
cleaning will be done,
🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets, the necessary for the sofa bed will be provided,
clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,
📶 free WIFI connection

🚗 To park, the Rapp and Montagne Verte car parks are a 5-10 minute walk away.
🚄 The train station is also 10 minutes away on foot (a shuttle and then a train allow you to get there directly from Strasbourg airport ✈️ in less than an hour)! It is also possible to park in the neighboring streets but it is paying (meter or application).

Accommodation rules:
⛔ Parties and parties are not allowed.
🚭 The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking or using a smoking device (e-cigarette, shisha, etc.) is therefore prohibited and will incur an additional cleaning fee of €250.
⛔ Animals are prohibited.

Bed linen and towels as well as standard end-of-stay cleaning (change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities) are included in the price. However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, the oven, the microwave, take out the garbage cans, empty the fridge, the freezer, as well as tidy up the apartment. If you do not want to take care of it, you can, before your arrival, ask for a complete cleaning for 30 euros. In the absence of a prior request and in the event of non-compliance with the instructions, an additional fee of €60 will be invoiced.

📝 The signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

☎️Before, during and after your stay, the agency that manages my apartment can be reached by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. His number will be communicated to you once your reservation has been confirmed.
