Description
Stay in the heart of Little Venice and the historic center of Colmar in an apartment combining the charm of the beams of old Alsatian houses and a contemporary decor. This spacious 120m² duplex offers you a large living room, with kitchen, dining room and living room for a meal or a moment of conviviality with friends or family. On the main level, two adjoining bedrooms offer a double bed and a double sofa bed, complete with a reading or relaxation area. A large bathroom with a corner bath, a shower and a double sink, as well as a separate toilet complete this apartment. Upstairs two adjoining bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as washing machine and dryer.
The configuration of the apartment is not suitable for the reception of young children.
This apartment is non smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and all other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device in this apartment will result in a 250€ extra cleaning fees.

The standard final cleaning upon departure is included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and the bathrooms.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, to take the garbage out, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as put things away inside the apartment. If you do not want to do it, for 30 Euro please order before arrival, a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment. If you do not book this option, and if you do not comply with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for the extra cleaning costs will be billed to you.
