Apartment of 100m² located PLACE DES DOMINICAINS, in the HISTORICAL CENTER OF COLMAR, and near the Christmas markets in December.
This DUPLEX apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with ELEVATOR
It consists, on the ground floor, of 2 beautiful bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), a bathroom with tub and a separate toilet, and upstairs a large fully equipped and open kitchen on the living room, with breathtaking views over the roofs of the old town, also upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and a second WC. The living room and upstairs bedroom are air conditioned. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located in the pedestrian zone, the apartment is accessible by vehicle only before 11 a.m. and after 7 p.m. On Thursday there is a MARKET on the Place des Dominicains.
Included in your reservation, A GARAGE located 5 minutes walk from the apartment, rue de Remparts (in underneath of the Mercure Unterlinden).
This apartment is non smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and all other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device in this apartment will result in a 250€ extra cleaning fees.
Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of € 60 for cleaning costs will be billed to you.
